GhostPay is GhostWare's private payment system that lets you send and receive payments on Solana without revealing wallet addresses or linking your identity to transactions. Create a stealth payment link, share it with anyone, and receive funds completely anonymously.

How It Works

For Recipients (Getting Paid Anonymously)

1. Connect Your Wallet

   • Visit app.ghostwareos.com

   • Click "Connect Wallet" and select your Solana wallet

   • Your wallet address stays private throughout the process

2. Create a Payment Link

   • Click "Create Link" in the GhostPay interface

   • Select the token you want to receive (SOL, USDC, GHOST, or other SPL tokens)

   • Enter the amount you're requesting

   • Optionally add a description or memo for your reference

3. Generate Your Ghost Link

   • GhostPay generates a unique stealth payment link

   • A QR code is also created for easy mobile scanning

   • Under the hood, a temporary stealth address is created that's completely unlinkable to your real wallet

4. Share the Link

   • Send the link or QR code to whoever needs to pay you

   • Share via Telegram, Discord, email, or any messaging platform

   • The link contains zero identifying information about you

5. Receive Your Payment

   • When someone pays through your link, funds go to the temporary stealth address

   • GhostWare's smart sweeper automatically detects the payment

   • Funds are instantly swept to your connected wallet

   • The temporary address is discarded and can never be reused

6. Track in Your Inbox

   • View all your payment links in the "Inbox" section

   • See payment status (pending, completed)

   • Monitor which links have been used

   • All while maintaining complete anonymity

For Senders (Paying Anonymously)

1. Click the Payment Link

   • Receive a GhostPay link from someone

   • Click the link to open the payment interface

2. Connect & Review

   • Connect your Solana wallet

   • Review the payment amount and token

   • See that the destination is an anonymous stealth address

3. Complete Payment

   • Approve the transaction in your wallet

   • Payment routes through GhostWare's relay network

   • The transaction is recorded on Solana, but the connection to the recipient is broken

4. Earn GHOST Tokens

   • As a reward for using private payments, you automatically receive GHOST tokens

   • Tokens are sent to your wallet after transaction completion

   • No additional steps required

Privacy Under the Hood

GhostPay combines multiple cryptographic technologies to ensure complete anonymity:

Stealth Addresses

Each payment link generates a one-time stealth address using advanced cryptography. This address:

• Is mathematically linked to your wallet (so you can receive funds)

• Cannot be linked back to your wallet by outside observers

• Is destroyed after the sweep completes

Transaction Routing via ShadowNet

Payments don't go directly from sender to recipient. Instead:

1. Transaction routes through multiple GhostWare relay nodes

2. Each relay only knows the previous and next hop

3. No single relay can see the full payment path

4. Timing analysis attacks are prevented through random delays

HPKE Encryption

All transaction metadata (amounts, memos, addresses) is encrypted using Hybrid Public Key Encryption:

• End-to-end encrypted communication

• Even relay nodes can't read transaction details

• Only sender and recipient can decrypt payment info

Multi-Party Computation (MPC)

The stealth address generation and fund sweeping use MPC techniques:

• No single server controls the sweeping process

• Private keys are never exposed or reconstructed

• Distributed trust model prevents insider attacks

Zero-Knowledge Proofs

Future versions will add ZK proofs to verify:

• Payment validity without revealing amounts

• Address ownership without exposing the real wallet

• Transaction history without linking payments

Example Use Case

Sarah is a designer who wants client payments without exposing her crypto holdings.

• Creates a GhostPay link for $500 USDC

• Sends link to client via email

• Receives payment that's completely untraceable to her main wallet

• Client has no idea Sarah holds 50 ETH and 100,000 USDC

Why It’s Different

Unlike traditional mixers or privacy pools, GhostPay does not hold user funds. There are no custodians, no pooled balances, and no risk of seizure. It is entirely client-side and runs on top of Solana’s standard transaction system.
